Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! They are available for purchase here.

 

What's your refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds. If you miss your time slot, you will not receive a refund. If you need to reschedule, all rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made a week in advance of your purchased time slot.

 

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome, but we ask that they are potty trained, well behaved, and on leash. We reserve the right to ask you and or your pet to leave.

 

Do you have a bathroom or place to change outfits?

We do have a bathroom for you to use and/or change outfits in.

 

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Please note our image is family friendly. If you are wanting to do a photo shoot, please keep that in mind and dress appropriately (no lingerie etc). Must be wearing a proper shirt: no bras or bralette only. We reserve the right to ask you to leave for inappropriate dress.

 

How much does it cost?

General admission is $15 per person. Kids 10 and under are free.

 

Do you have any discounts?

We do not offer any discounts, group or otherwise. But follow us on Instagram for updates, giveaways, and occasional promotions.

 

Do you accept cash?

No, we only accept major credit cards and PayPal.

 

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes! But there are a limited number of tickets per entry time. Once tickets are sold out, we do not accept walk-ins.

 

How much time do I have?

Your time slot is one hour. Please check in no earlier than the beginning of your time slot and stay no longer than the end of your one hour time slot.

 

What if I want to spend more than one hour at flower vault?

Subject to availability, you can simply buy the next time slot and stay for another hour.

 

Does a photographer need a ticket?

Yes, every person (eleven and up) needs an entrance ticket even if they don’t plan on being in the pictures themselves. 

 

Can I bring my own lighting and other photography equipment?

No, we do not allow outside photography equipment (lighting, tripods, etc.) during general admission times. If you would like to use extra equipment, please contact us to book a private event.

 

Can I bring balloons and/or props?

Yes, you can bring up to two balloons, and all other props must be cleared with staff first. Balloons must be carried with you at all times and not get in the way of other guests during general admission.

 

What is your lighting like?

We have lots of natural light, including a skylight.
